Regenerative waste gas incinerator (RTO) is an environmental protection device that burns and purifies industrial organic waste gas, and uses regenerative body to heat up the treated waste gas and cool down the purified exhaust gas. It can make volatile organic waste gas after preheating chamber temperature burn into the combustion chamber temperature (up to 800 ℃). Under the condition of rich oxygen radical oxidation decomposition, organic matter will be oxidated into water and carbon dioxide. After another regenerator storage quantity of heat, heat storage can be used for preheating the next round of the organic waste gas. The temperature of the furnace is kept stable by periodically changing the direction of the air flow. Compared with the traditional high temperature direct incineration and catalytic combustion process, it has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency (≥95%), reliable operation, high degree of automation, can deal with the high concentration of exhaust gas in large air volume, low operation cost, reasonable cost performance and so on. It can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, plastic, rubber, pharmaceutical, printing, furniture, textile printing and dyeing, coating, coating, semiconductor manufacturing, synthetic materials, new energy and other industries.
