Emergency plan formulation
The Measures for the Archival Administration of Emergency Plans for Environmental Emergencies of Enterprises stipulates the enterprises to be archival for environmental emergency plans, including enterprises that may discharge pollutants in an environmental emergency and enterprises that may discharge a large number of toxic and harmful substances abnormally. The regulations also require enterprises to conduct retrospective evaluation of environmental emergency plans at least once every three years and make timely revisions.
